Hi I’m Jo, a Mobile Reiki Practitioner. I provide local Reiki, Crystal Reiki and Animal Reiki treatments in the comfort of your own home.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese natural healing practice which is non-religious and caters to all.
My aim is to provide a caring, relaxing, comfortable and accessible Reiki treatments to people and their pets, so they may feel happier and healthier in their daily lives. This natural approach is especially helpful to those who have a hard time getting out and about.
Reiki treatments can be beneficial in a variety of ways, including: reducing anxiety, improving sleep, relieving pain, reducing stress, and making you feel happier and healthier.
Treatments process
I like to begin by getting to know you as a person, and taking some details, so I can personalise the treatment to suit your needs.
The treatments can be performed on your own chair or a (portable) Reiki table. If you require it, I can provide a stool for access to the table, blankets, pillows/support pillows for your head and knees, if you find it difficult when lying down.
Treatment options are: 60 mins or 90 mins, or 30 mins on a chair.
Using hand placements on the body (or above if you prefer), I channel the Reiki energy used for healing. You may feel some heat from my hands, on your body, tingling, see colours, or just so relaxed that you fall asleep.
I will gently awaken you at the end of the treatment, we will then have a brief discussion to finish the session.

About
I have always been a caring, empathetic person and liked helping people, which I felt wasn’t being fully utilised in my previous work to the best of my abilities. After starting my Reiki journey several years ago and feeling the benefits myself, this led me to start my own mobile Reiki business, so that I could help others feel the benefits of Reiki treatments too.
My Reiki qualifications and updates are obtained through an (FHT) accredited Holistic Health Centre & Training Academy. I am also CRB checked, fully insured and keep my clients’ details, safe, secure, private and confidential.
