Consultation on the law of mental capacity and deprivation of liberty
The Law Commission have opened a consultation on the law of mental capacity and deprivation of liberty.
This consultation is open until 2 November 2015, and the Law Commission expects to publish a final report with their recommendations and a draft Bill in 2016.
