Grants and free support available to start your enterprise in Gwynedd
Did you know that Community Catalysts can help you access a grant and free support to start your enterprise in Gwynedd? If you are interested in setting up an enterprise offering care and support to older or disabled people in their homes, Community Catalysts can help.
You will have the opportunity to apply for a grant of £250 that will cover most of the costs involved with setting up your enterprise, such as insurance and paying for a DBS check.
If you are interested, get in touch to find out more. There is a limited amount of funding available and 15 enterprises have already made an application, so don’t miss out on your chance to join them.
In addition to the grant, once you join the Community Catalysts development programme your local Catalyst, Fran Lowden, will be on hand to guide you with everything you need to know about setting up your enterprise. She can ensure you have everything in place to be safe, legal, effective and sustainable.
As this project is funded by Cyngor Gwynedd, you will also have access to a number of training courses, with most of them being completely free.
Community Catalysts also have links with local organisations such as Menter Môn who can help guide you on areas such as bookkeeping.
If you have been thinking of setting up an enterprise offering care and support to older or disabled people in Gwynedd, now is your chance to get the help and support you need to turn this into a reality.
