WHAT WE DO

Oxfordshire Small Good Stuff does two things:

We link people who need care or support with local people who might help.

We help small organisations that offer care or support. We provide them with information, publicity and access to a friendly network.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

We're the friendly website that believes:

People want care and support at times and in ways that suit them.

Local people helping other local people is good for everyone and for communities.

Very small organisations can offer great care and be imaginative and responsive.

Very small organisations struggle to tell people what they can offer (they don’t have huge marketing budgets like the big guys).

Community Action Groups Oxfordshire – A network of over 80 groups in Oxfordshire at the forefront of community-led climate change action. CAG Oxfordshire provides day-to-day support and funding to members. Find out more here

Assistive Technology – Local resources for families as well as supporting staff to learn about assistive technology and how they can use it with the individuals they are supporting across Oxfordshire. Oxfordshire Community Foundation – A grant-giving organisation working to improve lives by addressing social and economic disadvantage. Find out more here
Carers Oxfordshire – A free service which offers information, advice, and support to adult unpaid carers of someone living in Oxfordshire. Find out more here

SOFEA Community Larder – A membership scheme where you can get your groceries for as little as £3.50 per week. Find out more here
North Oxfordshire Community Foodbank – A voluntary group formed by members of local Christian churches. Provides food parcels to people within the Kidlington, Woodstock, Chipping Norton and Charlbury area. Find out more here
Restore – An Oxfordshire-based mental health charity that supports people to take control of their recovery, develop skills and lead meaningful lives. They offer recovery groups, training, and employment groups. Find out more here
Volunteer Driver Service North Oxfordshire – A group of volunteers who use their own cars to take people to appointments, where there is no reasonable alternative. Find out more here
Bicester Good Neighbour Scheme – A voluntary organisation that offers free support to older people in the Bicester area. Find out more here
