Hello, my name is Teresa Small.

A Little Help goes a long way!  That’s what I hope to achieve for you

I am offering help with cooking meals, shopping, taking you out and about whether for a walk, appointment or drive in car to get a cuppa and cake, sitting service to keep you company, help with your pets and help around the house such as cleaning and laundry.

Im a very independent and somewhat mature person! I’ve witnessed my parents getting older and needing more and more help. I’ve seen how difficult this has been for them at times and this has inspired me to set up my own business to provide extra help. It can be really difficult to accept needing help and to let someone into your home. I am offering a consistent service with the same friendly caring person at the times and days that suit you. I have a background in care and support work covering all ages. I have worked as a childrens nanny, residential support worker for people with learning difficulties, care worker with older adults, retirement housing manager and a housekeeper/cleaner.

I will come out to visit you or your loved ones in the first instance for free to determine what support you/they need.

I am registered with Somerset’s Micro Providers, I am DBS checked and have Public Liability Insurance.
