Hi everyone. My name is Ashleigh, and I am AB Care Support.
I am a micro provider, working in the York/Ryedale area, providing and tailoring care/support to meet your personal needs. AB Care Support, will aim to help increase your independence, whilst remaining in your own home. You will have the same smiley face every time, someone who you can get to know and build a relationship with. This service includes:
- Helping you with your morning routine
- Preparing food
- Medication prompts
- Domestic work
- Shopping
- Socialising and having support for any activities you may enjoy
