We are a residential homecare supported living and personal care provider, committed to providing quality care to people in their own homes, day care centres, hospitals and within supported living schemes.
At Afresh Healthcare we provide personal care, outreach services, residential support, companionships, sleep in, 24-hour Live-in care and support to adults with Mental health, Learning and Physical Disabilities, Autism, and general support for adults 16 plus, 65 plus and the Elderly.
Our aim is to support people to do the extraordinary every day. We provide a high-quality care to our service users in their own homes. We aim to provide a SAFE, EFFECTIVE, CARING, RESPONSIVE and WELL-LED service in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) stipulated standards.
