I run gentle adult dance exercise classes called ‘Let’s Move!’ open to all and especially good for anyone with reduced mobility, or if you’d just rather dance than go to the gym! You can follow on or do your own thing to a great dance playlist of hits from Swing to Disco. Classes are 45 minutes and include a break to have a breather and a chat. It’s a great way to get moving, have fun while exercising and meet and make friends. Classes are drop-in, so no need to book, just come along.
