Welcome my name is Rita.

ALLTOALL Helping Hand will help you in your daily activities, care and support. I have worked in different health  settings over the years including surgical, medical, dementia care as well as supporting young and elderly  clients  in hospitals care homes as well as in the comfort their own homes.

The support given is tailored to your personal needs because we understand that everyone is unique with unique backgrounds and experiences. What I do will leave you feeling safe, relaxed and hopeful as I aim to help keep my clients in their own homes for as long as possible. I am genuine and able to step into your shoes with great care. I can stay with you for a few hours if your relative needs to go out.

I always respect people and keep their personal information confidential and generally put people first. I strive to always respect my clients privacy. ALLTOALL Helping Hand passionately believes clients should make the rules. I promise to go the extra mile to understand you and get things done the way you want.

Assistance is available from 7am to 5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday however you can be rest assured that exceptions can be discussed and arranged.

ALLTOALL assistance includes but is not limited to the following, and more can be arranged and discussed when you get in touch.

  • prescription collection
  • leisure activities
  • booking and attending appointments
  • companionship
  • care respite cover

I currently operate in and around these areas: Trentham,  Blurton,  Longton, Meir and Weston Coyney.

I hold a Diploma in General Nursing, a Diploma in Midwifery and National Certificate in Business Studies I also awarded a Certificate Of Appreciation by the FF Foundation for Foreign Studies for welcoming one of their International High School Students. A number of thank you cards from clients.
