My name is Andee and I’m passionate about fitness and wellbeing. I provide movement and exercise sessions which are accessible for adults of all ages and abilities. I can offer a real variety of sessions to support your wellbeing including Zumba, Yoga, mobility and chair-based exercise.
I love helping people with their fitness journeys and offer in person or online classes which can bring out positive improvements for the mind and body. My sessions can also help support people dealing with stress and help people achieve a sense of wellbeing.
At the moment, I run a weekly group Zumba class which you are more than welcome to come along to – please contact me or check my website for more information. I am introducing more weekly group classes over time so please keep an eye out or contact me for more information.
I believe people need to feel connected to the community and my group classes are a great way to socialise and find friends. I hope to launch a movement and lunch club in the near future where we can do some healthy movement and exercise and then enjoy a nice social lunch together. Please feel free to contact me to express your interest.
As well as weekly group classes, I can offer one-to-one movement and fitness sessions if preferred.
