Artful Nature

As a local artist, walking guide and yoga teacher, I support and enable people to enjoy nature connection, creativity and wellness.

Nature Connection
Perhaps we can get creative outdoors while I help you with some gardening. We can write some poems in your garden, do some drawing, make a herb garden or brighten up your outside space together. Or perhaps you’d prefer to sit inside and make some art inspired by nature.

Guided Walks
Let’s go for a walk, whether that’s a couple of miles or just down the road. Perhaps you’d like some assistance getting outside and growing your confidence.

Movement and Mobility
Inside or outdoors, I can guide you through movement and yoga sessions (perhaps including walking) to help with your physical and mental wellbeing, including mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.

Creative Arts
My art sessions include drawing, painting, collage and creative writing. Perhaps you’ve worked in the arts yourself and would like some creative company, or are starting out as an artist, or would simply like to enjoy getting creative for fun and wellbeing. Working in the arts I have supported older people, those with disabilities and with specific learning needs.
