Ashford Home Help

Hello, my name is Heather and I offer help at home and companionship in and around Ashford, Kent.

I have been working in social care since 2019 and became self-employed in 2022. This has allowed me the flexibility to offer personalised support to meet the needs of each individual.

I can support you at home with:

  • Companionship – including tea and a chat, playing games or going for a walk.
  • Getting out and about – supporting you to attend appointments, trips to the garden centre or out for tea and cake.
  • Shopping – either for you or with you.
  • Running errands – posting letters or prescription collection.
  • Household admin – including help with paying bills and filling in forms.
  • Support with technology – online shopping, help with mobile phones and the internet.
  • Light housework.
  • Light meal preparation.

These are just a few examples of ways I can assist you in your daily life, please get in touch for a friendly chat to discuss how I can best support you.

Ashford Home Help – Your Home, Your Way.
