Hello, my name is Karen and I am Level 2 health and social care qualified with lots of experience in the community care sector.

I’ve set up my own service, Astral Home Help Services, as I love helping and supporting people and making a real difference to their lives.

Astral Home Help Services are focused on providing a high-quality bespoke service tailored to fit you – we will do everything we can to meet or exceed your expectations.

We are able to work with people with wide range of needs in and around the Yeovil/Sherborne area including older people, people who have dementia, and people who have a mild learning disability, people who have a physical disability, and people living mental health issues, such as depression or bi polar disorder.

The services and supports that we offer include:

• Personal and health care
• Domestic work around the home
• Cooking or preparing meals
• Companionship
• Escorted travel when shopping for example or a medical appointment.
