We are the person that you can talk to, we can assist you with household chores including food preparations, cleaning, washing, ironing, gardening, and pet-care. We can also assist you with these tasks after hospital discharge until you are back on your feet again.
We would assist you to go out into the community, shopping, attend social activities, and hospital appointments.
