My name is Carly, and I am an experienced Care and Support worker.  My company name is Atwell Care which I started so I could provide a service which is dedicated to providing care and support which has you, the customer, at the heart of it.  Atwell Care will support you in they way you choose, and the support will be caring, safe, effective and responsive to your needs.  Atwell Care covers Frome and the surrounding villages.

I am registered self employed, with 11 years  experience as a Care and Support worker, as a Reablement worker, Team Leader and a Community Team Supervisor, most recently with a large national care company.

I have NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care, as well as Level 2 Qualifications including Safeguarding and Mental health Awareness.  In addition,  I am currently doing my Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and I have a certificate in Emergency First Aid at Work.  I am also fully trained in moving and handling people including the use of stand aids and hoists etc.  I have a full clear DBS, and I am fully insured to provide support to you in your home.

Atwell Care supports you where you want the support to help you to maintain your valuable independence, ensuring you can remain in your own home, leading an active and fulfilling life.

Atwell Care provides you with support with getting up and ready for the day, from washing and dressing to helping with breakfast.  I can provide support with all meals and drinks as needed, including cooking fresh meals from scratch.  I can also support you with your medication or creams, perhaps you need help with your support stockings or continence products including catheter care.

Atwell Care can support you on outings to go shopping, companionship, attending and getting to appointments at the doctors or to the hospital.  I can support your full time carers who may be your  family and friends, by assisting you so they can have some free time knowing you are being cared for and supported.

I will support you if required in your home with light domestic duties.  I can support you at bed time with your bedtime routine, such as changing into nightclothes, helping if needed with medication, making a hot water bottle or switching on your electric blanket and making you a hot drink and some supper.

In all, I can provide care and support just the way you would like it, and a lot more.
