We are here to help you keep active, mobile and fit.

We are both nurses – Jane is an expert in rehabilitation for older people, and Marion is an expert in exercise for older people.

We can assess you in your own home and show you how to keep mobile and how to exercise safely.  We will also design a mini workout for you, using laminated cards as prompts.  We can practice this workout with you as often as you like until you are able to do it on your own.

We all know that exercise helps us keep strong and alert, prevent falls, and life our mood.  Whether you have recently been unwell, or in hospital, or just want to feel healthier, we can help you to do this safely and effectively.
