Contact details

Would you like to feel less stressed ? Or perhaps less anxious? Sleep better? Find new ways to manage pain, fatigue or a chronic condition?

Is it time for you to improve your wellbeing and happiness?

My name is Beryl and I am passionate about helping “you look after you.” I do this by coaching ¬†you in simple but powerful tools and techniques including gentle physical movements, breathing exercises, visualisations, meditation, relaxation methods, mindfulness and positive psychology.

Benefits include a calmer more focused mind, a relaxed body, increased positivity, being more emotionally resilient, renewed sense of vitality and increased self confidence.

You identify the issues you want to work on and your goals, and we have sessions together where you learn and practice the exercises. I provide audios and written information, giving you your own personal toolkit for life. The exercises are easy to do and fit into your daily life and with practice will improve your wellbeing.

“I have noticed a really big reduction in fatigue and anxiety” (Amanda)

I am warm, friendly, caring, professional and will always aim to work in ways that work for you. I have spent over 30 years working in the social care field and I have retrained as a mind-body practitioner, Рa  Sophrologist. Using the above tools and techniques has been amazing and life changing for me and I now want to share these with others.

“Beryl is kind, knowledgeable, has a good sense of humour. She has a calming voice and is a good listener. She explains things well and is a great teacher. ” (Jo)

I work with young people, adults and older people. I specialise in working with stress and burnout, chronic conditions, disability, carers needs, older people and terminal illness.

I work with both individuals and groups. I can provide bespoke group workshops or programmes for local organisations and provide employee wellbeing offers.

Do give me a call for a chat or drop me an email. We can talk about it and you can try a short taster for free.
