My name is Francesca Hayden and I am an independent Level 3 qualified personal carer.

I have experience in working in complex care, dementia and have extensive training in those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s, elderly care, acquired brain injuries and physical disabilities.

I can support with:

Personal care, medication support and routines, meal preparation and assistance (I previously was a qualified chef!), palliative care, manual handling, companionship, social activities, supporting to look after pets in the home, admin and household chores.

I tailor the care I provide specifically to a client’s needs and wishes, ensuring that dignity and respect is upheld, being able to enhance a client’s quality of life.

I hold an enhanced DBS on the update service and public liability insurance. I also keep myself up to date with all relevant training.

I can provide excellent references upon request if needed.
