My name is Sarah, I am a diligent and self-motivated person, who is empathetic, patient and understanding, with a strong dedication to caring for others. I have over 12 years experience as a carer, I have worked in domiciliary care, supported living, and in the community. I’ve worked with both people with physical and learning disabilities, people with dementia, autistic, personality disorder, and other challenging behaviour.
I love to care and support people to do everyday task and activities and keep the valuable skills they have. I promote encouragement with emotional support and person- centred care and I’m also flexible with time.
