Brooks Health and Care LTD is a company that believes in delivering quality care to the community and we tailored our care to our clients as per their care request and assessment.

We provide high quality domiciliary care (also known as home care) and support to keep our client safe, comfortable and living independently in their own home.

Our Objectives Are

To promote excellence in client care and professional care practice through the encouragement, promotion and support of professional development and engagement

To Continue with the practice development, whilst working with our clients their families, and carers, involving them in the decision making about their care and treatment, geared to individual needs, encouraging them to become involved in decisions relating to care delivery.

To always show our clients courtesy and respect irrespective of ethnic origin, religious belief, personal attributes or the nature of the health problem

To respond positively to feedback from our clients, their family’s other health and social care professionals and our own staff

To evaluate the performance of our staff and making recommendations for merit awards and personnel classification changes. Counselling and disciplining staff to enable achievement of Brooks Health and Care Limited objectives, particularly as related to high-quality client care.

To manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make the best use of resources and to maximise value for money for the Client.

o   Dignity – All individuals, whatever their circumstances, have the right to be treated with dignity and respect.

 

o   Communication – Service users have the right to be heard and to be fully informed on all aspects of their care. Methods of communication are appropriate to the particular abilities and experiences of each individual and are tailored to each particular set of circumstances.

 

o   Independence – Service users are enabled to act independently. Services are aimed at maximising the individual’s capacity for self-care and mobility.

 

o   Privacy – The right of individuals to be left alone or undisturbed and free from intrusion or public attention into their affairs. This is taken into account in the formulation of Care Plans, and will only be overridden in exceptional circumstances, and with the knowledge of the service user or their advocate.

 

o   Confidentiality – Service user confidentiality is, wherever possible, maintained.
