I am Josephine from West Cumbria; I am a 52-year-old mother of three adult children, and a grandmother to one beautiful little baby boy.
I volunteer at my local village hall, and my hobbies are walking, craft, gardening, and floristry.
I have worked in the care industry for many years caring for elderly residents, adults and children with special needs, and as a teaching assistant in a special needs school.
I provide a wide range of services that I am happy to make fit to your liking, including but not limited to:
- Personal care
- Medication
- Respite
- Food preparation
- Household chores + Laundry
- Dog walking
- Light gardening tasks, but tools must be provided
- Ad-Hoc and Emergency cover can be provided
- Transport (at this moment I do not have a wheelchair adapted vehicle)
- Accompanied short breaks can be catered for with advanced notice
I also provide an accompanied service for outings such as shopping days, family events, appointments, or a fun day or evening out at your favourite place.
I have public liability insurance, a level 2 Diploma in care, a level 2 Distinction in adult care, and a current enhanced DBS certificate.
