Hi, my name is Pauline, and I have worked in a Healthcare and Support role, for over 25 years, as a Health Care Assistant, (HCA), in hospitals and as a Support Worker and Personal Assistant (PA), in clients’ own homes.

I am a kind, compassionate and caring person, who likes to build relationships with my clients, and their loved ones.

I have an NVQ Level 3 qualification – General Healthcare Support.

I am also trained in Safeguarding Adults and First Aid.

I am DBS checked, and fully insured.

I am also a member of The National Association of Care & Support Workers and have completed the Community Catalysts Devon, ‘Doing It Right Standards’ programme.
