Hi, my name is Caroline Websdale. I have worked as a support worker/personal assistant since 2019, having become self employed in 2022.
I enjoy supporting people within their local community, enabling them to build and maintain their independence and keep the valuable skills they have, whilst promoting person-centred care at all times.
I have business insurance, enhanced DBS and my training is up to date. To support my commitment to my career change in 2019 I have completed a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care. I enjoy working with people to bring out their strengths and help to enhance these.
The support I offer can range from companionship, appointments (including travel and attending/supporting you if required), emotional support, days out, helping to find and/or maintain hobbies and interests within the home or within the community, and assistance with shopping. I am open to discussing other requirements you may have.
