Cast A Thought is a Community Interest Company set up to support children, young people and adults with their mental health and wellbeing and also those with long term health conditions or who may be socially isolated.
With a mental health journey of their own, our coaches and volunteers offer a person centred approach.
Our fishing sessions are delivered by Angling Trust Licensed Coaches and are for beginners or those who already have some knowledge.
All equipment and licenses are provided therefore these free sessions are accessible to all.
