My name is Claire I am based in Yeovil Somerset  as a private sole trader.

I have over 25 years’ experience working within the Health Service offering personal care, medication, preparing lunches and teas, sitting service, trips, shopping and domestic tasks, ironing, palliative care, Dementia care

I have a Level 3 national Diploma in Health and Social Care.  I am able to work with people with a range of needs including older people, people living with dementia and people needing end of life care.

I am fully insured, and DBS checked.  I also have access to a vehicle and am able to travel locally and within the surrounding areas.
