Clutterbuddy

A bit about me
My name is Mel Griffiths.  I have first-hand experience of physical disability and neurodiversity and over 20 years of experience in supporting people of all different ages, from many walks of life, going through various kinds of challenges and difficulties.  More recently, I have been helping people who are feeling overwhelmed and stressed with their homes.

How I can help
Struggling with clutter and disorganisation can have a huge negative impact on mental and physical health, wellbeing and overall quality of life.  It can all feel very daunting to think about and deal with, however things can be turned around and I am here to offer my help and expertise to anyone struggling with this.

I genuinely love working with people to help declutter, sort and rearrange their things and their space so that it functions better and feels better for them.  This process can really help people to feel more confident and in control of their lives, as well as helping them feel more at peace in their homes and minds.

I truly understand how vulnerable a person can feel in times of difficulty and how much courage and strength it takes to ask for and receive help.  I want to give my assurance that I treat everyone with respect, kindness, integrity, understanding and patience.  I work with people in a sensitive, non-judgemental and inclusive way and there is never any judgement, shaming, forcing or rushing.

Each person and situation is unique and together, we will find creative and personalised solutions to get your home (and hopefully your head space) feeling better.

Please get in touch if you or anyone you know is experiencing any of these things: –
