Community Access Properties

Community Access Properties provides supported living properties across the Greater Manchester area. Our properties are currently located in quiet residential areas within walking distance to all local amenities and public transport links and they have all been refurbished to a very high standard.

We have much experience and expertise in providing high quality accommodation and individually tailored bespoke support packages to meet a wide range of needs, including those arising from mental ill health, learning disability, autism and physical disability.

Our properties can be adapted to cater for the specific needs of each of the people we work with, who also receive care and support from specialist support providers in order to empower them to live as independently as possible within the community. A tenant core support package is included as part of the tenancy agreement, this covers tenancy related correspondence, personal budget support in relation to needs around financial management, emotional support and all tenancy related correspondence.

We work in partnership with all support providers and professionals to ensure that each person we work with learns the necessary skills to maintain their tenancy and independence within the community. We also work with commissioners and each of the people we work with to ensure that people living in the same property are well suited and matched.
