Community Paths
Community Paths is a Somerset service that provides weekly or sessional support for vulnerable adults or those wishing to fulfil their potential.
Supports include building self-esteem and life experiences. with an emphasis on accessing community opportunities. Community Paths also helps individuals achieve their goals however large or small these may be.
