I am a friendly and down to earth psychotherapist. I tailor my approach to suit a client to ensure they feel comfortable. I am trained in humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I also offer a variety of accredited mental health related courses, including bespoke mental health first aid training for individuals and organisations. The training covers how to identify and appropriately support someone with anxiety, depression, psychosis, eating disorders, self-harm and suicidal thoughts and more.
