Creative Enabling Ltd  was founded with a passion for providing high-quality enabling support to individuals with disabilities. Our founder, who has over 10 years of experience in the health and social care industry, recognised the need for personalised, compassionate care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

At Creative Enabling Ltd , our mission is to provide compassionate and personalised enabling services to our clients. We strive to improve the quality of life for those we support, while prioritising their safety and well-being.

Our team of skilled and experienced enablers are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care and support to our clients. We work closely with families and caregivers to ensure that our services meet the unique needs of each individual.

Enabling services are provided for the purpose of developing or sustaining a person’s capacity to live independently. These services can consist of any of the following:

▪ Enabling the Service User with setting up and maintaining their home or tenancy. Including cleaning of their own accommodation.

▪ Enabling the Service User to maintain, develop or re-gain domestic and/or life skills.

▪ Enabling the Service User to manage their finances, pay bills and to claim benefits.

▪ Enabling the Service User to establish personal safety and security, both at home and in the community.

▪ Provide advice and support to the Service User on avoiding or minimising hazards, based on risk assessment.

▪ Enabling the Service User to develop social skills and techniques for behaviour management.

▪ Enabling the Service User to establish social contacts and contact with relatives where this is the Service User’s wish.

▪ Enabling the Service User to partake in social activities and/or access local community organisations.

▪ Enabling the Service User to gain access to other services.

▪ Enabling the Service User to gain access to training opportunities and/or maintain work experience opportunities or employment.

▪ Liaise with other agencies, organisations, or services on the Service User’s behalf.

▪ Provide emotional support to the Service User.

▪ Provide the Service User with peer support and befriending.

▪ Monitor the Service User’s health and well-being. Support with nutrition and meal planning.

▪ Accompanying the Service User when shopping.

▪ Accompany the Service User to medical and other appointments.
