Crossover Care is a small home care service and we are registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) to offer personal care to older people, people who have a physical and/or learning disability, people with dementia, and people with a terminal illness.
In addition to providing care to people in their own homes, we can also provide carers to care homes.
Our carers have worked in the care field for a long time and you can be confident in their skills and knowledge about their work.
We will work with you to plan your care on an individually tailored and person centred way, and you will be involved in everything that takes place concerning your care.
