Dependable Social & Mental Health Limited was set up to care and support people with vulnerable needs who want to continue living in their own homes.  Our focus is to support you, based on your individual need, support you the way you would like that support and help you to achieve your desired outcomes.

Our approach is to always focus on each person’s individual needs, goals, outcomes whilst delivering them within a safe environment. Also to make sure that we are supporting your overall well-being and improving your quality of life.

Our commitment is to demonstrate and provide excellent care, whilst endeavouring to exceed the National Minimum Standards as set by Care Quality Commission (CQC).

We ensure that we carry out a comprehensive recruitment and on-boarding process before sending any employees to your house to support you. This includes interviewing, reference checks, DBS checks, skills evaluation, screening of all employees and training.

We can offer you a wide range of care services such as:

l Domestic Support

l Making / Changing the Bed / Laundry / Ironing

l Washing Up / Light Housework / Cleaning Toilet / Bathroom

l Helping to get out of Bed / Washing / Bathing / Showering

l Personal Care-bathing, shower, toileting, continence management, undressing and dressing up (morning and night)

l Nutrition and healthy eating-Hot Meals/Light Meals/Snacks – feeding and hydration

l Medication support-Prompting and administration of non-injectable medication, appointment support and prescription collection

l Companionship, night time and day time sitting
