Hi, we are Domcare24, a CQC registered small size home care provider based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Our management team consists of experienced health care professionals who have been working around Hitchin in both NHS and Care Home settings for years. By establishing this company, we aimed to put our health care experience to the good use of our local communities in and around Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Royston, Stevenage, Ware, Hertford and Welwyn Garden City.
We deliver personal care, respite care, live -in care service, meal preparation, hydration and nutritional support, PEG feed, stoma care, wound care, medication supervision and support, and continence management.
