I have worked in the care industry in the UK for 38 years. My hobbies are: spending time with my family, playing football, gym workouts, and bike rides. Contact me if you would like an informal chat to get to know me better.

Please let me know if you need any other services, but these are the services I am currently offering:

• Personal care including, washing, dressing, and food preparation
• Companionship
• Exercises such as: Accompanying you to the leisure centre/gym/Pilates
• Activities, for example, shopping, movies, bowling, walks, help with preparing meals, board games, and balloon games
• Excursions to the museum or places of interest

Qualifications & Skills

I am a driver and fully insured (for my car and care work), a Dementia Friend, with ICO registration, an enhanced DBS certificate and NACAS membership. I also have obtained training in Safeguarding Level 2 and Dementia and due to complete training shortly for food, first aid and falls.
