We at Elixonn Healthcare are a CQC registered small home care provider, based locally in Stevenage Hertfordshire, providing personalised care and support in the community with well trained and experienced staff.
We offer range of services including personal care, medication support, respite care, live-in care, nursing care, dementia care, companionship (support to appointments, family visits, prescription collections, errands and shopping assistance, activities in the community) and Home help(cleaning, washing, laundry, gardening, preparation of nutritious meals, mobility support) stoma care, peg feeding, catheter care, changing of sterile dressings, etc.
We do this, helping people live a good life to remain independent in their own home for as long as possible. Our compassionate care is tailored towards the needs of the service user, helping them to maintain their dignity and independence. Our target service users are adults aged 18 years and above, people living with dementia, mental health challenges, sensory impairment, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and autism.
