Hi, my name is Jill, and Embark 21 CIC is an Adult friendly and professional community & social enterprise service in West Kent for all-age adults who are struggling with their emotional and mental wellbeing, and also for their carers.

We are here for you covering communities in West Kent to help you particularly if you are feeling low, lonely, isolated, anxious, or depressed, and in need of getting to know others who may be struggling with their mental wellbeing too and can encourage and meet new friends when facing similar issues in life, or perhaps feeling depressed or anxious for the first time due to a recent life event. Most of all please remember that 1 in 4 adults can feel like this at any time or point in their life – you are not alone. We are happy to work with you either short-term or long-term and work very person-centred.

We can offer you the following services – those in section 1 are our fee-based services and those in section 2 are our current funded services.

Section 1 

Life Coaching either Online or Face2Face in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells.

Workshops/Classes either Online or Face2Face in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells on various mental health topics usually running periodically through the year, either half day or over 6 weekly sessions, some daytime and some evening for those who may still be working.

Section 2

Land art & photography for complete beginners or experienced.

Cafe n chat peer support groups

Green n Grow Planting seeds etc.

I have been through the Community Catalysts programme in Kent - 24/08/2022 Community Catalysts runs a local development programme in the area where this entrepreneur is operating that offers help, advice and support to local people. As part of this programme this enterprise/venture has signed up to the Doing It Right Standards.
