Emma Jones, Support Worker
Hi my name is Emma and I’ve been working in care/support work for over 8 years, I love being a support worker and making a difference to someone else’s life, that’s why I have decided to launch my own enterprise and offer one to one support, to anyone who may need it.
I can offer support with:
- personal care
- household duties
- taking medication
- shopping or attending appointments
- hobbies & exercise
- meeting people or attending group sessions
- art & crafts
I will always arrange times that are suitable for you and we will work together to make sure I support you with exactly what you need.
The list above is an example of what support I can offer but we can discuss anything you may need and I’ll do my best to help.
I have achieved a Level 3 qualification in Adult Health and Social Care.
