Equanimity

Equanimity offers counselling, outdoor therapies, eco-therapy and animal and  equine-assisted therapy. There are various animals here including a small herd of friendly Icelandic horses. We are based on a beautiful nature reserve farm on the West Dorset/East Devon border.

Equanimity sessions offer a safe space to explore emotions and issues and can help for example with bereavement, depression, low mood, anxiety, low confidence, communication, indecision, self-esteem and autism-related issues.

Equanimity is creative, intuitive and very supportive. Sessions are individual, or in pairs or small groups.

Charlie Barrett runs Equanimity and is a fully qualified counsellor (MBACP) and accredited with LEAP Equine; she is DBS checked and fully insured.
