I can help support you to live as independently as possible in your own home.
Working with you, your family and loved ones to understand your needs and requirements.

Services I offer:
• befriending/companionship
• trips out to activities/community events/appointments
• help with shopping
• help around the house: laundry, cleaning, making beds, washing up, gardening etc.
• activities at home that interest you
• meal prep/cooking together.

Specialising in supporting people living with dementia. This is my passion; I have lots of experience and training to help understand the disease and how to care for those living with dementia using a person centred approach.
