Extra Mile Home Care is a small family run provider of home care based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, and which was founded in 2016 by owner Michelle Parry.
Michelle is an experienced registered care manager who saw the need to set up her own home care service in order to provide high quality, flexible and reliable care that is tailor made for adults with care and support needs, and which enables people to live at home for as long as they want to.
We provide visits ranging from 30 minutes up to 24 hours and can help you with the following;
- Telecare: advice, supply, instillation of telecare equipment, allowing distance monitoring of what goes on in the home of your loved ones, for extra peace of mind.
- Personal tasks: bathing and washing, support with getting dressed and undressed, continence care, support with meals and feeding, medication.
- Practical Tasks: making and changing beds, shopping and running errands, housework, trips out, companionship outside and inside the home, looking after pets
