We know at Family Wellness by Rae that neither our physical nor mental health is a straight road. Sometimes we are on a nice smooth open road and at other times there will be bumps and dips and even sometimes a mountain to climb. We can offer groups or individual sessions to help promote your wellness and make you feel good.
My name is Rae and after 20 years working in social care, 15 of those in mental health I decided to set up my own mini enterprise offering services that I am passionate about and that can make a real difference to every-day life.
We know it is difficult to share information about ourselves and our lives, particularly personal information related to our health and wellbeing. There is absolutely no pressure to share anything you don’t want to, if you do choose to share information this will be respected and kept confidential.
Family Wellness by Rae is not there to tell you what to do but to give you tools and techniques that may help. We aim to create a safe, relaxed atmosphere where you can explore your own thoughts and ideas with no judgement.
We offer groups and individual sessions where everyone is made welcome and comfortable, including
Self-help groups
Mindfulness and social walks
Meditation and mindfulness sessions
Baby Massage and Baby yoga which can be particularly helpful if you are suffering with post-natal depression or low mood after having a baby.
Family Yoga, children’s yoga.
Adult Yoga will be coming soon!
