Hi, I’m Amber. I’m a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach.

I love getting to know people and what makes them tick.  I’m really good at making people feel at ease, heard and understood.  I’m calm, honest, patient and encouraging with loads of respect and empathy too.

I offer a wonderful blend of life coaching energy therapies designed to help you keep your mental health in great shape and re-build your confidence after a major life change.

I’m passionate about teaching you how to look after your mental health and wellbeing.  I’ll help you find your smile again when you’ve been feeling a bit low and not quite yourself.
