Friendly Care knows that being on your own is no fun.  I can help you meet up with friends, stay in contact with family and be a good neighbour.

My name is Sonia, and after 15 years working as a care worker, I have decided to set up my own micro enterprise, called Friendly Care to help people stay in their own homes for as long as possible.  I am NVQ Qualified, fully insured, and DBS registered.  I am also Health and Safety trained, and have up to date training in Manual Handling.

I can offer you help in whatever way works for you, including help with getting out of bed on a morning, up and dressed ready for the day.

I can also escort you to support you on outings, help with GP and hospital appointments, pharmacy collections, sitting service, stay with you for a few hours, help around your home, meal preparations, sleep nights and wake nights, and shopping trips.

I know it maybe hard to let a carer into your life, to share personal details and give access to your private concerns, but I promise to always respect your privacy and keep information about you confidential.

I believe passionately that the only person that should be making the rules are my clients, and I guarantee that you only get support from someone you know that takes time to understand how you like things done and your rules, and to go that extra mile to follow those rules and support you your way.
