Frog Equestrian

I am Nicola and I’m a qualified Equine Facilitated Therapeutic Learning practitioner and coach.

Equine Facilitated Therapeutic Learning uses ground-based activities with horses, building relationships and confidence and working in partnership with the horse. EFTL is particularly effective for:

  • Improving communication
  • Improving relationships between partners, families or colleagues
  • Managing anxiety, emotions and behavior
  • Improving confidence and self esteem
  • Learning to set clear and healthy boundaries
  • Goal-setting and connecting with your sense of purpose and direction

I work with children and adults from a peaceful, beautiful yard near Canterbury. I hold a first class social work degree alongside my EFTL qualifications, and am an accredited member of the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists).
