Hi, I am Klara.
GrowFree&Care is small independent service that offer support for all ages who are finding a chapter of their life challenging. By increasing confidence, self esteem and positive mindset changes you can enjoy life as best as possible tailored to your personal needs.
I understand that when facing a new challenge we can all get to a point where we need some extra help but asking for it can be uncomfortable. I also understand and know it’s not fun to suffer alone in silence. I can assure you that I deliver support with care and compassion, without judgement and with respect of your privacy and dignity at all times.
Having my knowledge as registered Nurse and Midwife at the country of my origin, as well as a training for Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. Also with my experience of 15 years in the care sector and my caring personality
I offer 1:1 support and services with:
- Confidence building and gaining a phenomenal coping skills
- Talking therapy
- Companionship
- Support with perusing your hobbies and interests
- Staying active
- Cooking together
- Light support with household duties
Fully insured and DBS checked.
