As human beings, we tend to forget that the moment we release the interaction with the little voice in our head and drop our awareness in the heart space, we tend to feel better, more connected to our bodies, feelings and emotions. But there is this collective myth that there isn’t enough time in our day to do that. There isn’t enough time to meditate and connect to our breath because the world would fall apart. And still, people who allow themselves to take time out of their busy days and meditate start to feel better and navigate their emotions and challenges more easily and gracefully.
