Hello my name is Valerie, I am 55 years old and Help@home is here for you. I have 10 years + experience in the care sector, which I have come to love providing people with the ability to live their most independent and fulfilling lives that are available to them. I’m based in Bridgwater and also travel to the surrounding areas.
I can provide companionship, meal prep, shopping, light cleaning, accompanying on visits (appointments and outings) helping you to get out and about whilst still living in your own home, supporting and encouraging your independence. I’m happy to help with occasional support or regular help at a time you choose.
