Help@Home by Mollie
I am a caring, friendly and versatile professional with over 10 years experience in providing tailored patient care to meet all aspects of their nutritional, physical and emotional wellbeing.
During my years in the care sector I have worked in residential and nursing homes, and in the community offering care in my clients homes and in a hospital.
I take pride in making a real difference to a person’s life and use a patient orientated approach in the delivery of any care and commit fully to all clients under my supervision.
Care is not only a career for me but a passion in which I enjoy the relationship building aspect of the job, in particular forming bonds with service users and thereby learning how to care for them better and be more attentive to their specific needs.
When caring for my clients I also take pride in building relationships with the families and loved ones. I understand fully the importance of communication and always introduce communication books into my clients homes for the families but also other carers to keep a continuous flow of care.
“I have established a total confidence in Mollie, not only in her capacity as a very competent, professional and attentive carer, but as a firm and reliable friend. We find Mollie to be trustworthy, cheerful and very caring. Mollie is not a clock watcher and we find she is a very loveable young lady, who is always ready to go the extra mile” – Client reference.
