Hello, my name is Kirsty, and I understand the huge importance of getting the right help and support when you need it. With this in mind, I offer a first-class professional care service, designed to help you to stay living in your own home.
I work in a person-centred way, always taking into account your wishes and needs, including those of your family and other carers. I provide you with a safe, consistent, respectful, high standard of care and support.
I have a number of years’ experience working within a residential care setting, and have also provided care in the community. I am fully insured, have a level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, a current DBS check, and am a volunteer with Age Concern. I am also a telephone befriender with Yorkshire Children’s Centre.
My services include:
Companionship and socialising
Preparing meals and support with eating
Shopping, collecting pensions, medications, and similar chores
Assisting with washing, laundry and ironing
Going on outings and assisting with community-based activities
Providing support to:
Adults with dementia
Adults with mental health issues
Adults with physical disabilities
Adults with learning difficulties
Adults recovering from illness
