Our personal training and fitness classes can help seniors to exercise safely.

Our health and fitness personal training may help people lose weight and maintain weigh. Some of our clients have reported that they have improve sleep patterns, had a mood boost and felt more self-confident. For people of all ages we can focus on prevention of self induced hazards by improving their agility and reaction drills.

For clients waiting for surgery we can provide hip and knee exercise programmes that they can practise at home. Some of our programmes include circuit training with different surfaces that can be tricky to walk on, so we make a replica of the outdoors i.e. wet leaves, gravel, and different surfaces. We offer chair-based exercise for clients who can sit or stand. We have been improvising during the coronavirus pandemic like our virtual dumbbell classes, where clients use tins from their store cupboards and still get a great workout.

Here at Hey Jude Fitness are focus is aimed at supporting disabled people and people with long term health conditions, we are experienced happy to deal whatever your situation may be.
